Committed. That's me. While I could have been sitting on the verandah of my mother-in-laws beautiful farm, drinking wine and watching the wind whip the trees, I was instead taking up the mile a day challenge. Maggie came with me. I think she likes this new health kick :)

I randomly clicked on "next blog" and yours appeared. I read it and I enjoyed it. A. Lot. I too have contemplated the mile-a-day challenge, but have not taken it up as I am not a runner, however I am a swimmer and I am challenging myself with laps in the pool.
Be proud of yourself for taking on this challenge.

I really enjoy looking at your pictures.
My friend and I have recently just started running. Going into my last semester in college and working a full time job really gets heavy on me but running helps me release all of that. I used to run track in high school and missed it. Keep up the good work! Challenges have so much power!
